Discussion

This rectangular spit was excavated to define the terminals of east-west aligned ditches 012AD06126 and 012AD06128. Post hole 012AD06250 was also defined. The material removed was a sandy clay loam (Munsell 10YR 4/3). No daub or charcoal flecking were noted.
